Job Overview:
This position is responsible for current company free-hand business accounts and developing further free-hand businesses to achieve the desired targets/requirements and other assignments from Sales Manager.

  1. Generate new Business from own Prospects
  2. Assure the newly won clients business integration into Operations.
  3. Provide information to Field Sales Manager for Sales Action Planning and forecasting activities.
  4. Develop and maintain customer relationship
  5. Provide customer call reports, opportunities and any other customer, prospect information within Sales System
  6. Actively pursue growth opportunities, by developing new clients and maintaining good relationship with existing clients
  7. Deliver agreed targets and share objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis; achieve monthly KPI’s.
  8. Drive new business growth across all facets of the business in line with the sales targets/budgets set by the Field Sales Manager
  9. Continuously promote sales activities personally, by developing and concentrating on new key accounts and developing business with existing accounts
  10. Ensures accurate compilation and reporting of operational and financial information about the customers
  11. Constant communication with new customers, customer support and the Operations departments about relevant company policies, departmental expectations, and customer expectation

  4. Potential accounts in Development
  5. Usage and accuracy of Sales System and KPI
Good English Communication for both verbal and written b) Good with Microsoft Office c) Forwarding Background and Products d) Understanding of the customer’s specific requirements and customers market environment e) Good market knowledge (customers, competitors, suppliers, overall economic environment)
Bachelors in Business Studies/ Foreign Trade/ Economics. b) 3 - 5 year of relevant working experience in BD/Sales positions in Logistic industry, prefer Ocean Freight.
