Hi Anh/Chị

Bên công ty em sắp nhập về 1 lô hàng chất tạo sơn tên khoa học của nó là "Nitrocellulose", Anh/Chị nào đã từng làm qua mặt hàng này rồi tư vấn mã Hs Code giúp e với, theo e tìm hiểu hs code của nó thuộc nhóm 3208 không biết em áp có đúng không.

Hi Bạn,

Nitrocellulose có Cấu tạo CTHH: C18H21N11O38 , bạn nên xem lại nó là Phụ gia sơn - 2914, hay là dẫn xuất của Nitro xelulo (Dẫn xuất cảu Cellulose) 39122019 or 39129090.

Nếu bạn có MSDS & COA thì scan đầy đủ lên dễ tra cứu hơn....

Hi Em,

Em dựa vào mã CAS và cấu tạo nha (và kinh nghiệm của anh trong hơn 7 năm làm với hóa chất nhập khẩu làm nguyên liệu sản xuất mỹ phẩm & Thuốc :):D). Trong hợp chất trên của em có Nitrocellulose 70% & Isopropyl Alcohol 30%. Em có thể xác định nó là: Dung dịch nitrocellulose trong dung môi hữu cơ dễ bay hơi, hàm lượng dung môi lớn hơn 70% tính theo trọng lượng dung dịch, dùng trong sản xuất sơn - HS Code: 32089090 (32.08 “Sơn và vecni (kể cả men tráng và dầu bóng) làm từ các loại polyme tổng hợp hoặc các polyme tự nhiên đã biến đổi về mặt hóa học, đã phân tán hay hòa tan trong môi trường không chứa nước; các dung dịch như đã ghi trong Chú giải 4 của Chương này” phân nhóm 3208.90 “- Loại khác”; mã số 3208.90.90)

Hi Anh,
Theo em tìm hiểu thì nếu áp mã 32089090 cho mặt hàng này thì mình không cần phải làm chứng nhận ATTP đúng không anh. Ngoài ra khi làm TTHQ chính sách mặt hàng này có cần thêm các điều kiện gì nữa không ạ.
May gặp anh giúp đỡ về mặt hàng này chứ đụng vào mấy cái hóa học này emm cũng chả biết làm thế nào, Em Cảm ơn anh nhiều nhé !

Hi Em,

Hàng này nhập khẩu bình thường nha em, đây không phải hàng phải kiểm tra ATTP và không có điều kiện gì thêm trong bộ hồ sơ HQ nhé.

Riêng hóa chất Nhập khẩu khi nhập kiểm tra mã CAS và HS. Code xem có nằm trong danh mục hàng hóa phải khai báo hóa chất, tiền chất khi nhập khẩu hay không thôi. Em xem thêm cái này ở Phụ Lục V ban hàng kèm theo Nghị Định 26/2011/NĐ-CP ngày 08 tháng 04 năm 2011 như file đính kèm nha.
